I’ve spent the last 20 years leading risk and InfoSec at major companies like Danaher and Motorola Solutions. While I managed governance, risk, and compliance programs, I’m most proud of rolling out training to over 80,000 global employees that shifted the culture so people actually understood why security matters.

Now, I’m pivoting to education to help train the next generation of leaders. My teaching philosophy is pretty simple: you learn by doing. I’m still hands-on; I recently built an agentic LLM tool in Python to automate security questionnaires and I’ve used Kaizen events to streamline compliance workflows. I want to help students gain confidence to work through the messy, complex problems they will face in the real world.
